When will I receive my order?
Instantly! Our prints arrive as downloadable files, meaning you will not receive a physical item in the mail. You will receive an email containing a link and instructions for downloading your prints. 

How do I download my files?
As soon as your order is complete, a button will appear on the checkout page, instructing you to download your files. You will also receive an email containing a link to download your prints. Click the link and save the file to your computer. You can then select your desired size for printing. 

What does my download include?
Your download will contain eight of the most popular framing sizes of your image. These are 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, 20x30, and 24x36. Please be aware that some cropping will occur between sizes.

We include both .jpg and .pdf file types in your download, which, along with our included printing guide, will help you achieve the best possible printing outcome.

How do I print my images?
Once you have saved your files to your computer, you are able to print the smaller sizes directly from your home printer! For the larger sizes, we recommend a using a professional print shop or office center. Our printing guide, which is included in every purchase, contains more in-depth printing tips and instructions!

Are Wrennah products original artwork?
We are proud to offer a mix of original artwork and photography that you won't find anywhere else, alongside vintage and contemporary works from artists across the world. Our vintage prints have been carefully and lovingly retouched and enhanced by our in-house digital artists to bring you the finest image quality possible.

What is Wrennah's return policy?
Because our digital items are downloaded immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Once payment is confirmed, your files will be delivered immediately.  Products are for personal use only - any sharing, reselling, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
